Da Nan Developments Ltd., a subsidiary of the Chu Níikwän Limited Partnership is seeking expressions of interest from real estate development firms with the capacity and expertise to partner with Da Nan in the creation of Whitehorse’s newest residential subdivision, Copper Ridge West. The subject lands are located on the west side of Falcon Drive in the Copper Ridge neighbourhood of Whitehorse, YT.  The subject lands consist of approximately 12.3 hectares (30.6 acres), demised into 3 phases. This EOI is specific to Phase 1, consisting of approximately 2.54 Hectares (6.3 acres). An opportunity to partner with Da Nan on the development of Phase 2 and Phase 3 is possible upon a successful outcome of Phase 1.

Faro Mine Complex

Description
Parsons Inc. is requesting proposals for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) for the DOWN VALLEY SEEPAGE INTERCEPTION SYSTEM (Package 24F) at the Faro Mine Complex in Faro, Yukon. This work package includes the civil, mechanical and electrical services required to install a sump, treatment pad, pump house, pumping systems, conveyance pipeline and associated components. It includes the provision of the pump house and e-house. The contractor will be required to provide training and commissioning activities. Sealed tenders clearly marked “Tender for Construction of new Community Hub” will be received by Kwanlin Dun First Nation (35 McIntyre Drive, Whitehorse, YT  Y1A 5A5)


no later than 3:00 pm PDT, August 1, 2019


The project consists of a modern 3748 m2 concrete and timber building to be constructed on the site of the existing KDFN administration building. 


There will be a mandatory site visit on July 22 at 2:00 pm.


This project will be subject to the KDFN employment incentive.  The Yukon Contractors Association bid depository will be utilized for the mechanical, electrical and landscaping components of the project.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.  Kwanlin Dun First Nation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to waive informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of Kwanlin Dun First Nation.
